Becoate Properties LLC specializes in supporting your real estate needs as a potential buyer or seller. We also specialize in Property Management for Owners of rental properties and Real Estate Investors throughout the Mon Valley Area.

Becoate Properties LLC began by working for individual property owners that had “a few houses to manage” but has quickly expanded to oversee a portfolio of over 350 properties!

Lonnell Becoate is the Owner of the company and is also a Pennsylvania Licensed Real Estate Broker with 15 years experience in Real Estate management and transactions.

Having 16 years of Managerial experience with PNC Bank, Tammy Becoate is the Office Manager. She oversees Invoicing and Vendor Management, Maintenance Requests and voice messages.

Janell Walker brings 18 years of Property Management experience and is also a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in Pennsylvania. She gained experience in Tax Credit and HOME funded properties as well as managing units with TBVs (Section 8) through multiple HA's. In the course of her career, she has obtained several certifications in property management, to include the designations of Public Housing Manager (PHM), Accredited Residential Manager (ARM), Blended Occupancy Specialist (BOS), Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) and as a Specialist in Housing Credits Management (SHCM).
